Villa Clara can offer 4 seasons:

Low Season |
November, December, January, February, March, April 2,100 Euro per week plus power & wood used.

Middle Season |
May, October 2,300 Euro per week. Christmas, New Year and Easter 2,300 Euro per week plus power & wood used.

High Season |
June, September 2,600 Euro per week.
|
|
Peak Season |
July, August 2,900 Euro per week. Minimum stay is 1 week and must be Saturday to Saturday. Final cleaning 150 Euro cash handed to manager on check in. |
Our specific dates are:
2011:
8 January 2011 to 29 April 2011 - Low - 2,100 per week plus power & wood used
30 April 2011 to 3 June 2011 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used
4 June 2011 to 24 June 2011 - High - 2,600 per week
25 June 2011 to 2 September 2011 - Peak - 2,900 per week
3 September 2011 to 30 September 2011 - High - 2,600 per week
1 October 2011 to 28 October 2011 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used
29 October 2011 to 16 December 2011 - Low - 2,100 per week plus power & wood used
25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable .
The balance is required 60 days prior to your arrival at Villa Clara.
To pay by Credit Card a 5 % surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
A ‘security/damage deposit’ of 700 Euro must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with public liability cover for each person.
