25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner’s bank account on confirmation. The balance is required 2 months before your arrival at Villa Clara.

**** From 6 June 2009 to 2 October 2009 check in must be Saturday to Saturday. At all other times, please email us to see whether we can accomodate you with a 5 night minimum stay.

All prices include water and electricity, except for winter bookings (from  October to April). During this period guests are asked to cover electricity costs. A final charge for cleaning is not included in the above rates. A payment of 150 Euro on arrival is required to cover cleaning costs.

A ‘security deposit’ of 700 Euro must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with public liability cover for each person.

Credit card payments must be 100% of the tariff at the time of booking.
