2010/2011:
8 October 2010 to 29 October 2010 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used
30 October 2010 to 17 December 2010 - Low - 2,100 per week plus power & wood used
18 December 2010 to 7 January 2011 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used

2011:
8 January 2011 to 1 April 2011 - Low - 2,100 per week plus power & wood used
2 April 2011 to 29 April 2011 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used
30 April 2011 to 27 May 2011 - High - 2,600 per week
28 May 2011 to 2 September 2011 - Peak - 2,900 per week
3 September 2011 to 30 September 2011 - High - 2,600 per week
1 October 2011 to 28 October 2011 - Middle - 2,300 per week plus power & wood used
29 October 2011 to 16 December 2011 - Low - 2,100 per week plus power & wood used

25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner’s French bank account

The balance is required 60 days prior to your arrival at Villa Clara.

To pay by Credit Card a 5 % surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.

A ‘security/damage deposit’ of 700 Euro must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with public liability cover for each person.
