Final cleaning cost is €200 in cash, due on check-in.
Christmas, New Year and Easter is charged at the Middle Season rate, and there is a minimum stay of 1 week required.
The price includes a personal check-in, tour of the villa, and fresh linen.
A 25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance is required 2 months before your arrival at Villa Clara.
A ‘security/damage deposit’ of €700 must be paid with the final instalment. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the villa.
