Master Bedroom
The grand Master Bedroom, on the main level, has a king sized bed, lots of storage and wardrobe space, a 47" flat screen television, dressing table, and bedside cabinets. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath, separate shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity with storage.

Garden Bedroom
This lovely bedroom has French doors which open on to Villa Clara’s beautiful garden. There are two single beds that can be joined to make a king size bed, as well as a 30" television, Playstation, video player and wardrobe.

Children's Bedroom
This cosy small bedroom has two single bunk beds (the good sturdy wooden kind with safety bars).

Self-Contained Studio

Villa Clara has a delightful newly-renovated studio on its grounds, just 10 metres from the main villa. Inside is a kitchenette, with two electric cooking hobs, electric jug kettle and a fridge. There’s also a 30" flat screen television. The cottage has its own separate shower and toilet, too. The king size bed and total privacy really can guarantee you an excellent night’s sleep here. If no-one in your party is using the studio, why not simply enjoy it as a fantastic summer house. A great place to take it easy on those long hot Mediterranean Summer days.

Kitchen

You will love to cook in Villa Clara’s kitchen. It has everything you need. Along with all the utensils, there are five gas hobs and a jumbo electric oven, a microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, a professional espresso machine, toaster, electric jug kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen has crockery, glasses and cups for eight people, and plenty of wineglasses, of course. In the centre is an eight seater Provençale table.

Lounge

The large lounge is beautifully decorated in Provençale style, and features exposed oak beams. Comfortable sofas, chairs and great ambience create the perfect place to relax in front of the large fireplace with brand new wood burner.

For entertainment there is a 47" flat screen television, which receives English Sky TV (with a recordable box), as well as Italian, French and German cable channels. There is also a DVD recorder.

The library features plenty of guide books, novels, cooking books and family games.

Swimming Pool

The private garden pool is 9 meters by 4.5 meters, with a depth of 1.8 meters at ‘the deep end’ gently sloping to 0.9 meters at ‘the shallow end’. For extra safety, it has a pool alarm. It's serviced every week during the Summer to ensure excellent water quality. You can also make full use of the outdoor furniture, and sun umbrellas. And, of course, pool towels are supplied free.

Essential Extras

Office and Wireless Broadband
Although Villa Clara is designed for relaxation, it’s good to know that if you really need to catch up on work you can. The office is a separate room equipped with a laptop, a printer, a scanner and photocopier. You can also work online through wireless high speed internet access. This service is free. The office’s ‘live-box’ makes it easy to connect.

Wood-fired Pizza Oven
On the terrace of Villa Clara you'll find a wood fired pizza oven and charcoal grill, so you can easily create beautiful fresh pizzas. Voila!

Privacy and Security
Villa Clara offers excellent privacy and security. The villa is situated behind two locked gates. There is also a security alarm, which is monitored 24 hours a day.

Fully Equipped Laundry
It's equipped with a washing machine and a dryer and has lots of storage space for you to store your suitcases.
